Is there a free trial?
Choose the optional trial during account setup and check the terms shown there. The card-required trial includes up to 14 stories over 14 days; individual accounts have 1 learner, 1 world, and 1 assessment. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid renewal charges. The subscription buttons on this page start a paid plan immediately.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and Stripe prorates the rest of your cycle. Downgrades take effect at your next billing anniversary so you keep everything you’ve paid for.
How does Library per-seat billing work?
You pick the number of seats at sign-up (minimum five). Seat additions and removals take effect immediately. Stripe calculates a prorated charge or credit for the remaining billing period.
How many stories are included?
Every plan includes 50 new stories a month for each learner (per seat on Library). Need more? Overage packs are available and roll over for two years.
What happens if a learner hits the story cap?
We let you know and offer an overage pack. Packs roll over and last two years, so you’re never wasting stories you’ve paid for.
Are Page and Chapter the same app as Library?
The plans all share the same story engine. Library fits best for those that need 5 or more learner profiles. Library adds an all-learner dashboard, CSV export, free view-only access for parents and guardians, and the ability to share or hand off a profile between tutors and classrooms.
